2. Nature of Injury360 Services

Injury360 is a marketing and connection company. We help individuals who have suffered accidents connect with independent attorneys and medical providers.

  • A legal referral service certified by any bar association

3. No Attorney-Client or Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using the website, submitting information, calling, writing, or speaking with Injury360 does not create an attorney-client relationship, doctor-patient relationship, or any professional advisory relationship.

Any such relationship may only be created directly between you and a licensed attorney, medical provider, or other qualified professional, if that professional agrees to represent or treat you under their own terms.

4. No Guarantees

Injury360 does not guarantee:

  • That an attorney will accept your case
  • That a medical provider will accept you as a patient
  • That you will receive compensation
  • That you will receive medical treatment
  • That you will obtain a settlement, judgment, or specific outcome
  • That a third party will contact you
  • That your matter qualifies for legal or medical services

All outcomes depend on the facts, applicable law, professional review, and third-party decisions outside the control of Injury360.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our website or contacting Injury360, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
  • You will not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or someone else’s information
  • You will not use the website for illegal or abusive purposes

By submitting your information or contacting Injury360, you agree to be contacted by phone, text/SMS message, WhatsApp, email, or other similar communication methods related to your inquiry.

You may stop receiving communications at any time by replying “STOP,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or by writing to:

intake@injury360help.com

Your consent to be contacted does not constitute a purchase of services, and Injury360 does not sell services through the website.

7. Independent Professionals

Injury360 may connect you with attorneys, medical providers, or other independent professionals. These third parties are not employees, agents, or representatives of Injury360.

Injury360 is not responsible for the advice, services, conduct, fees, decisions, communications, or outcomes of any independent professional.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any agreement, consent, contract, medical document, legal representation agreement, or document provided by a third party before signing it.

8. Immigration Status

Immigration status does not prevent a person from contacting Injury360 or requesting to be connected with independent professionals.

Injury360 does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, medical advice, or guarantees related to immigration, compensation, or case outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, texts, graphics, logos, brand assets, images, videos, designs, materials, and other content owned or controlled by Injury360 are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, use, or exploit any Injury360 content without prior written consent from Injury360.

10. Testimonials, Image, and Likeness

Injury360 may use testimonials, reviews, images, videos, likeness, or stories only when there is express authorization through a consent, authorization, or separate document.

Using the website or contacting Injury360 does not automatically grant permission to use your image, likeness, video, story, or testimonial.

11. Website Availability

Injury360 may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any part of its content at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Injury360, its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Because Injury360 is located in Florida, any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable federal law and the applicable laws of the State of Florida.

15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, communications, or services of Injury360 shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration instead of a court proceeding.

You agree that any claim must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class action, group action, or representative proceeding.

If any part of this arbitration clause or class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Coverage in the United States and Puerto Rico

Injury360 may assist individuals in the United States and Puerto Rico by helping them connect with independent professionals, subject to availability, applicable law, and professional review.

17. Changes to These Terms

Injury360 may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a new “Last Updated” date.
